“Chaos to Keynote” is a step by step process to create a compelling and effective presentation that moves audiences to action. I’ll help you dig for the heart of your message and pull all those sticky notes of ideas & expertise together to craft a talk that magnifies your message and converts your passion & your ideas to loyal followings. 

You’ll be able to apply this message clarity to any presentation you give — whether a 2 minute introduction, a video for social media, a pitch for your startup, a 15 minute TEDx talk or a 45 minute keynote.

We'll start by getting clear about your best audiences, best stages, and best ways to pitch those stages and get speaking opportunities on your calendar. That way we'll be able to craft a talk that is uniquely poised to speak directly to your audience. Then we'll dig into your Big Idea and the stories that support it, so you can take your audience on a journey to YES. 


This package includes:

Coaching Sessions: We'll meet for a total of 6, 60-minute 1:1 sessions.  (first session is 75-minutes) Sessions can be combined for more intensive work, depending on your specific needs.

Unlimited communication with Johanna: This mentorship package includes between-session contact with Johanna via Voxer, email or Slack (whatever your preferred channel is), plus access to a Google Drive folder where you can share documents for review and collaboration between sessions.

Supplemental Materials: Package includes access to Craft Your Talk online course, which includes mp3 recordings, videos and workbook to support your talk-crafting process, plus a robust module on how to get your talk booked on stages of your dreams. 

Creative Engagement with the commitment: I will have your back in your speaking journey during the length of this package. I'm open to creatively engaging with the time we have together in the ways that best support you reaching your goals. If you have an idea about anything that would help you soar, make a proposal and let's make it happen.

Length of Coaching Package: All sessions must be used within 4 months of your first session.

Coach’s Responsibilities:  

Dedicated Guidance: I am committed to helping you clarify your message and claim the power and presence you need to support your professional and personal goals. I will share tools, practices and accountability to support you in nailing your next presentation, and achieving your goals. I offer my attention, my thinking and my experience to make this happen efficiently and effectively. During the length of our package, your process will be simmering in me as well as in you!

 

Delivery: I provide specific assignments to help you achieve your goals, both in and out of our session time together. I provide you with recordings, worksheets and other resources to support this process.

Confidentiality: All information discussed, as well as the work done in session, is completely confidential unless you choose to share it publicly.

 

Client’s Responsibilities:  

Exercise: You understand that while I provide experienced guidance and coaching, the results depend upon your completion of the exercises and homework as assigned, and taking action.

 

Timeliness: You agree to be on time, and to call or text if you’re running late. If you’re late, we will most likely need to end at the scheduled time.

 

Cancellations: If you’re booked for a session and cancel it the same day or don’t show, that means someone else who would have booked the time slot misses out. If you miss a session or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you agree to forfeit the missed session.

Length of Coaching Package: All sessions must be used by February 2025. Because the length of this package is being extended beyond the standard 3 months, between session support will be paused as well when our sessions are "on pause." 

Refund Policy:  

During any creative process, discouragement and discomfort may arise. This is a normal part of the process and means you're right on track! In order to honor the commitment to your transformation that we both are making, no refunds will be issued once final payment is made.

      

Now that we have established the parameters of our professional relationship, and I have covered the nitty-gritty of our agreement, it is time to get ready to unleash the power of your voice with fun, risk-taking, and courage!
